Following last week’s disappointing cancellation of the first event due to roadworks on the course. Tuesday saw the 2nd of ten 5 mile time trials promoted by Birdwell Wheelers on a course from Thurgoland to Hoylandswaine roundabout and back.
On a pleasant evening six riders took part. Fastest on the night was Wheeler Marc Peasegood in 13m 34s just 9 seconds ahead of fellow Wheeler Trevor Mayne.
